The Regent's Canal is a man made waterway in London. It provides a link from the Paddington Arm of the Grand Union Canal in the west to the Limehouse Basin and the River Thames in east London. The canal is 13.8 km long.[1]
The genius loci of the canal is a Mrs. Canal.[2] The canal bisects London Zoo where Mrs. Canal is said to have originally come from.[3]
