Mrs. Croft is the mother of Dominic Croft. While in Herefordshire Peter Grant stays in her converted cow shed in Leominster.[1]
She owns a large 'American' fridge. She converted her cow shed to an extra apartment in the hopes of opening her own Bed and Breakfast. However, she did not receive the correct zoning permits and has yet to start her business.
