DS Miriam Stephanopoulos is a Metropolitan Police officer working under DCI Seawoll, in the Belgravia Murder Investigation Team.[1] She is later promoted to Detective Inspector.[2]
Her wife is called Pam. She teaches Strategic Management at the University of Middlesex.[3]
They live in a suburban house with a backyard garden where a cockerel named Cyril holds court among his hens.[4]
