George Buckland (AKA the Master of the Glass Palace), born 1742 died 1815, was married to a creole lady from New Orleans who knew how to make rose jars.[1]. This was presumably either the mysterious Mrs B__.[2] or closely related to her, as it matches the time when The Folly was just a disreputable floating coffee house on the Thames.

An early member of the 'Society of the Wise' when it relocated to Russell Square, he was the first member to face a disciplinary tribunal. However the reason and outcome of the disciplinary tribunal are unknown.[1] Knowledge of the use of rose jars was passed through his family to his great grandson, Walter Buckland.[1]

Operation Polygon[]

Buckland preserved his own spirit in a Rose jar, along with multiple others. When Brené McClaren was abducted and placed in the basement where the Rose jars were stored, Buckland in spirit form sent several ghosts down the Metropolian Line in an attempt to notify someone McClaren had been kidnapped.[1]
