Emma Wall is a young mother who lived on the same floor as Peter Grant during their undercover investigation in Skygarden Tower.[1] She may have been a paid informant of the Faceless Man but her connection to him is unclear.
Her apartment in Skygarden is where Peter Grant discovers the first improvised explosion device (IED).[1]
